Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made prior to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date, or you may be charged up to 50% of your entire stay.

A transient guest who does not cancel and fails to arrive for a scheduled reservation will be charged 50% of their entire reserved stay.

A transient guest who is already checked in and departs less than 48 hours earlier than their scheduled departure date, may be charged for the unused portion of their reservation.

Weather Policy: It is hard to know in advance what the weather will do on the day of your visit. Therefore, cancellations due to the weather will be honored if there is a NOAA Small Craft Advisory posted for the area in which the marina is located on the expected date of arrival.

Special PBIBS Cancellation, No Show and Early Departure Policy – March 18, 2026, through April 5, 2026
‍This PBIBS Cancellation Policy supersedes our regular Cancellation Policy.

‍Advanced Reservations – March 18, 2026, through March 24, 2026:
‍If a vessel reserves a slip during these dates, prior to the event, one night’s dockage fee is charged at booking and is non-refundable. If the vessel is still at the marina on the first day of the event, the remaining balance is charged on the event’s first day (March 25^th, 2026). This payment is non-refundable.·

‍Boat Show Reservations – March 25, 2026, through March 29, 2026:
Any reservation overlapping the event dates requires full payment at booking. This payment is non-refundable.·

‍End of the Boat Show Reservations:
If a vessel reserves a slip, during these dates, after the event (March 29, 2026, through April 5, 2026), one night’s dockage fee is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be charged on the first day of the event, or at the time of registration if the reservation is made after the event has begun. Once the remaining balance is charged and paid, it is also non-refundable.

Tenders:
‍Tenders must be bona-fide tenders for the primary vessel listed on the reservation. If a tender does not fit in the slip assigned to the primary vessel, it will require its own separate reservation. Separate reservations for tenders are not guaranteed and depend on slip availability.

‍No reservation will be accepted without a valid credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us maintain availability for all guests during this busy period.
