Town of Palm Beach Marina Construction remains on schedule with the following highlights for the month of August:

1. Marina excavation and fill disposal at Tarpon Cove is nearly complete
2. Brazilian Building exterior is complete and floors have been installed
3. Concrete cap and facings are near completion
4. Palm Way Dock utilities are installed with power pedestals and switch cabinets placed on the docks
5. Brazilian Dock utilities remain in progress and power pedestals and switch cabinets are being placed on the docks
6. Australian Dock delivery is complete along with the main gangway. Power pedestals and switch cabinets installation is nearing completion
7. Peruvian Dock deliveries are complete and the dock is being assembled
8. Upland electrical conduit work continues
9. Peruvian Building vertical construction is complete
10. Lake Drive Park improvement project is well underway with sidewalks and curbing installation ongoing
11. Paver installation for the Lake Trail and paths are nearly complete
12. Landscape material is in the process of being installed
