Captain Kelly Gordon is a seasoned professional who not only navigates the waters but also guides the next generation of boating enthusiasts. As a superyacht role model, mentor, and educator, Captain Kelly runs a fleet of three different vessels that call the Palm Beach Marina home. “We’re not just captains, boat handlers, or navigators – we are leaders of a team,” said Kelly. “I love being based here, it’s awesome, from the way the docks are built, to the service, to the width of the slips. Jayna, while finishing her undergraduate degree at Palm Beach Atlantic University, has been working as a dock attendant at the Palm Beach Marina for the past year because she loves all things nautical, working outdoors, and the people. “Everything is a team effort at the Marina and we all work great together. I have grown up around water and boats, so I knew this opportunity would be a good fit,” said Jayna.
Roland Morin, a retired law enforcement officer with a passion for boats and fishing, adds a lifetime of wisdom and people skills to the mix. As a part-time dock attendant and Marina administrator, Roland echoes the sentiment of community and customer delight. "Our staff embraces the Palm Beach community, providing clients not just with customer satisfaction but 'customer delight.'"
