Renovated Palm Beach Superyacht Marina to Reopen on November 1

By ML Staff August 8

When purchasing a superyacht that is nearly 300-feet long with the desire to set sail (or stay put) in dashing Palm Beach, the options may seem limited. With the Town of Palm Beach nearing completion of a multimillion-dollar renovation reopening on November 1, high society residents can now call The Town of Palm Beach Marina home for their superyachts. The $40 million in upgrades and improvements will transform the classic docks into a world-class yacht center that will welcome vessels from 60' to the 294’, superyacht size. The classic Town Marina is currently taking seasonal (November 1 – April 30), annual (December 1 – November 30), and transient slip reservations.

The only public marina on the island of Palm Beach has been providing berthing for power and sail yachts since the 1940s. The new Town Marina will provide patrons with 84 slips, located along the classic Australian, Brazilian, and Peruvian docks, while introducing a new 250-foot Royal Palm Dock. Marina patrons will benefit from an enhanced master plan that includes a floating dock system while enjoying a suite of technological upgrades such as high-speed Wi-Fi, enhanced shore power, and state-of-the-art security systems. Guests can further luxuriate in the classic Palm Beach lifestyle with complimentary access to the oceanfront Par 3 Golf Course, the recently updated health and wellness facilities at the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center, and the Town’s 13 premier tennis courts.
